StudySmiths delivers online tutoring services on a weekly subscription basis.

1. Service Delivery Method

• All tutoring sessions are delivered online via Lessonspace.

• Each paid weekly subscription includes one tutoring session.

2. Access to Sessions

• Upon subscribing, students can schedule their weekly session.

• We may redeem sessions on the student’s behalf after the first lesson to ensure consistent scheduling.

3. Session Expiry

• Weekly lessons must be used within the paid period.

• Sessions do not roll over unless specifically agreed.

4. Booking Confirmation

• After subscribing, clients receive confirmation and instructions for accessing sessions.

• Lesson times will be confirmed by email or text message.

5. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for:

• A stable internet connection

• A device with camera/microphone capability

• Access to Lessonspace or other agreed software

If technical issues occur on our side, we will reschedule at no additional charge.
