Welcome to StudySmiths. These Terms & Conditions apply to all tutoring services provided by Oliver Smith, sole trader, trading as StudySmiths.

2. Services Provided

We offer online tutoring for GCSE and A-Level subjects through a weekly subscription plan that renews automatically.

3. Subscription Payments

• Subscriptions renew weekly at £30 or £35 depending on the selected plan.

• One tutoring session is included per subscription week.

• Payments are processed automatically unless cancelled.

4. Lesson Usage & Conduct

Students must:

• Attend lessons on time

• Have appropriate equipment and internet access

• Treat the tutor respectfully

We may stop providing services if behaviour is inappropriate.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on this website.

6. Academic Responsibility

We aim to support academic progress but cannot guarantee grades or exam results.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
