Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that sometimes plans change. However, to respect our tutors’ time and preparation: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your session start time. No refunds will be offered for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling may be available but this is up to the tutor, contact your tutor as early as possible. If you do not attend your session without prior notice (no-show), the session will be considered used and no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
